HOSEA 4   6b Because thou hast rejected knowledge [God's Word], I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no preist to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

Dear God, I am truly sorry, please forgive me for breaking Your Laws (3sinning against You); I change my mind from my way, to Your Way, and will live my life according to that change of mind (I repent). Jesus, I believe that You are the Christ (Messiah) the Son Of God; that You died on the Cross as payment for my sins; that You were buried, and rose again the third day according to the scriptures. Jesus, I put my faith in you; please cleanse me with Your Sinless Blood; reconcile me unto God the Father.
