Dear God, I am truly sorry; please forgive me for breaking Your Laws (sinning against You); I change my mind from my way to Your Way and will live my life according to that change of mind (I repent). Jesus, I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God; that You died on the Cross as payment for all my sins; and that You were buried and rose again the third day according to the scriptures. Jesus, I put my faith in you; please cleanse me with your sinless blood and reconcile me unto God the Father. Have the Holy Spirit regenerate (my spirit) and become one with my spirit: cause me to be born again. I now personally receive you. Christ Jesus, as my Lord and Savior. Thank you Lord Jesus for saving me. Amen
